This single brass spur is sand cast and crude. The yoke is wide in the area of the keepers and then narrows as it moves toward the rear widening again near the base of the arm. The arm is thick and not very graceful in shape and has more of a block appearance. The rowel is gone leaving behind an area of rust.

There is a moderate patina on the brass surfaces.
