Brass disc which meas. approx. 1.25 inches across. Obverse has bust of Major General George B. McClellan at center surrounded by lettering that reads “MAJOR GENERAL GEO. B. MCCLELLAN-WAR OF 1861.” Reverse is blank for stamping with name, Company, Regiment and hometown. Badge is in nice shape with only light scattered discoloration from age.
