White leather belt that meas. approx. 2.50 inches wide. The belt is made of a strip of white leather sewn over a piece of red leather. The top white strip is cut out at center to reveal the red leather underneath. Attached to the red leather is the word “EXEMPT” done in leather letters painted white. The belt is outlined on each edge with a black leather border. The belt has a large keeper that is again of white leather with the center cut out to reveal the red leather underneath. Attached to this keeper are the white letters “VFA.” Attached to the interior of the belt is a leather strap to adjust size while the opposite end has a square roller buckle. The inside of the belt is lined with what looks to be painted canvas. The item is slightly stiff and some of the black leather edging is missing but it is otherwise in good condition.
