Black velvet bonnet mounted on a wire and buckram frame. Lightweight glazed black cotton lining. Stamp inside lining “Wanamaker. Berlin, Paris, Philadelphia.”  The top of the crown is trimmed with tiny white paper flowers, wispy green silk ferns and gilt covered wire. A self-fabric bow accents the back of the crown at the neck. Black silk satin ribbon ties.
