White cotton petticoat gathered into fitted waistband has more fullness in the back than in the front. Waistband fastens with cotton twill tape ties. There is a laundry mark with a name at one end of the waistband. The bottom of the petticoat is finished with a flounce embellished with five rows of space ¼" tucks. Machine-sewn with run-and-fell seams.
