This cylindrical item is made of a white metal that looks to be silver but yet lacks hallmarks. Worked into the top and bottom edges is a very nice laurel leaf decoration while at center is a readable facsimile of the Declaration of Independence within a wreath.
Item has some light wear and scattered spots of discoloration. Would work well as an addition to a walking stick. Center still contains some wood from its original host. [ad]
