Ivory case slides open to reveal four thin wood pages that are meant for keeping reminder notes. Each one is written on with names and addresses in Pennsylvania and New Jersey, plus information about a job for someone who, “must be good with team”.

Case fastens with a brass clasp which fully functions.

Measure 3” x 1 ½”. One of the ivory panels has a small piece broken off and missing.  [sl]
