Dark chocolate brown color Hard Rubber or Gutta Percha cigar case. Civil War cigar case molded to hold four cheroots. Measures roughly 3 ½” x 5 ½”. It is constructed of brown hard rubber, the forerunner of today’s modern plastics. There are no maker’s markings. Closing clasp still works. Hinge works but has chips and cracks over about half. Very nice gutta percha case which holds four cigars. Nice even brown color. [jet]
