Nice, boxed set which is marked, “STAFFORD’S STENCIL COMBINATION, SIZE ¾ INCH”. Label on box top lists that the set contains brass alphabet and figures, brush, can of ink, and sponge, which are all present. Also included are a small wooden box and additional brush. Label states that this would be used for marking boxes, barrels, bags and packages for shipment.
This is a rare find to have a complete set in the original box. Would be a great display item on an antique desk.
