Upright, dark wooden cabinet designed to sit on table, with lower hinged, fold-down writing lid. Measures 26 x 13.5 X 28.5. Paneled front key-lock is missing its key, as are the key-locks to two interior lower drawers. Front lock is a brass, two-piece American shield, stars above, stripes below. The desk interior features a large center slot above three smaller ones, atop a larger 9.5 x 12”center slot. Flanked on each side by six slender filing slots, 17.5” in height. The bottom center features two flat shallow drawers, 14” in width, flanked by smaller slots on each side.

The desk top exhibits some scuffing, with a slightly loose right side slat. All other wood, both exterior and interior, is in very good condition, exhibiting minor nicks and bruises consistent with age and usage. In all, a handsome officer’s desk, with highly attractive American shield lock.

Extra shipping required.
