Nicely framed in a period walnut frame and original gray matting. Bust view with distinctive uniform of the unit nicely tinted blue with orange piping. Hair and cheeks also colored. Wildes is listed as having enlisted as a Private on 8/22/62 in Co. E at Philadelphia. He died of disease during the war on 9/4/63 at Philadelphia and is buried there in Laurel Hill Cemetery.
