Album meas. approx. 6.00 x 5.00 inches and is in very nice condition. Covers are cloth with a vector type decorative pattern.
The album has a photo of the German Officer who owned it tucked inside the front cover. Overall there are 53 photographs showing uniforms, equipment, weapons and some shots in the trenches. One group shot identifies the officer’s company while another group image shows covered pickelhaube with regimental number “133” on the front.
This officer seems to have had several daughters who served as nurses. Some photos show his home estate and other family members.
