Album is covered with red leather and is heavily embossed with a geometric decorations on both covers and spine. The spine has a strong gold stamping that reads “ALBUM.” Cover and spine edges are lightly worn from rubbing. Both covers have tacks with white mother-of-pearl heads in the four corners. Album meas. approx. 4.50 x 5.50 inches.
Both brass clasps are present and one still retains the decorative ring and strap.
Binding is good. Pages are gold edged and impressed with a floral decoration. Interior has title page showing the album was made by Miller & Burlock of Philadelphia. Table of contents page is blank. Album has 25 pages. Several pages have names written on them in pencil and can easily be erased. [ad]
