Cabinet card size is approx. 4 ¼” x 6 ½” and is of heavy ivory stock. Bottom of mount is marked with the photographer’s imprint, “LEE, PHILLIPSBURG, N.J.”. No markings on reverse.
Image shows a three-quarter standing view of a white-bearded veteran wearing a dark colored suit and vest, with white shirt and black bow tie. He is wearing a hat with insignia for G.A.R Post 217, and is wearing his G.A.R medal pinned on his jacket.
Contrast is very good and image is clear. Edges have light wear and surface dirt. [sm]
