This CDV by E. & H.T. Anthony is a composite of multiple images of Union Naval Heroes. Altogether there seven images on the card. At center is Admiral David G. Farragut with Admiral David D. Porter above him and Admiral Andrew H. Foote below. The left edge of the card has Admiral Stephen C. Rowan and Admiral Samuel F. DuPont while the right edge has Admiral John Rodgers and Admiral John A. Dahlgren. At very bottom of the card is “NAVAL HEROES.”

Photo surface shows light wear and light soiling. Contrast is good and lettering is readable. Reverse has photographer’s imprint as mentioned above
