CDV is a three-quarter standing view of Confederate General P.G.T. Beauregard. He is wearing a dark colored double breasted frock coat with shoulder boards and dark colored trousers.
Reverse has a seller’s imprint which reads, “PUBLISHED BY E. & E.T. ANTHONY 501 BROADWAY, NEW YORK. MANUFACTURERS OF THE BEST PHOTOGRAPHIC ALBUMS”.
Image is clear and the contrast is good. Surface has some light dirt from age. Image has yellowed with time.
