McClellan, Gen. Hooker, Gen. McDowell, Gen. Pope and Gen. Burnside. Bottom of the mount is marked “COMMANDERS OF THE POTOMAC ARMY.”

Back is stamped with JOSEPH WARD… BOSTON.
