All the officers whose hat insignia can be seen have the regimental number “7” as do several of the enlisted men. Also visible are the waist belt plates of several of the enlisted men which bear the number “6.” The number on the belt plate of the enlisted men show that they are members of the 6th Company of the 7th which would be Company F. Several men also wear the company number on their caps.
