Image is clear with good contrast. Image has a few faint spots of discoloration and light surface dirt. Top of mount ha cs been slightly trimmed.

Reverse has a blue 2 cent tax stamp along with several modern pencil notations. One notation reads “CAME WITH FLAG” while the other reads “50^th ILL. INF. POSSIBABLY (sic) Co. B.”  [ad]
