Image shows a lovely young lady who is wearing a plaid silk dress with black lace collar and large bow. Her cheeks were tinted pink by the photographer and she is wearing ear bobs. Dates to circa 1850’s. Image is very clear with excellent contrast.

Image is housed in a full gutta-percha case which is in very good condition. Case is lined in embossed brown velvet. Decorative brass mat surrounds image. [sl]
