This is a full standing view of a hunting dog.

Image is clear with good contrast. Some light oxidation has occurred.

Image comes housed in full pressed paper case, which is in good condition, but has split at the spine.  Case is lined in faded red silk. Decorative brass mat surrounds the image.

This daguerreotype was part of a unique collection of images that featured animals.     [sm]
