Sixth plate dag of a 3 or 4 year old child standing on a chair next to a cloth draped table. The little subject wears a dark print dress with an off-the-shoulder appearance and pantalets sticking out from underneath the hem of the outer garment. The look on the child’s face is one of interested uncertainty. The hair is very short leaving the sex of the child in doubt.
Image has fair to good contrast with some discoloration around the edges. Mat is plain brass with the usual decorative frame.
Union case with geometric decoration is in very nice condition with no chips or cracks. Interior pillow is brown velvet. [ad]
