SIXTH PLATE TINTYPE OF SPANISH-AMERICAN WAR ARTILLERYMEN

$125.00 SOLD

Quantity Available: None

Item Code: 172-4748

Image shows a young man in the khaki uniform of an American soldier. He wears a slouch hat with crossed cannons on the crown. Subject is posed seated next to an American flag and is posed in front of a painted backdrop of a camp scene.

Contrast is a bit dark but it does not hurt the image as all details are visible. Plate has some waviness to it but is otherwise okay.

Image comes in a full case with repaired hinge, brass mat with scroll decorations and frame.  [ad]
