The image features the Sioux Indians dressed in their finest and wearing head dresses made of feathers. They are mounted on their racing ponies. In the background and to the right are men in period civilian suits.

Image number is 142. The caption at the bottom of the mount reads “23093 SIOUX INDIANS AND PONIES”. The image is clear with good contrast. Slight surface dirt is present.
