This is a cabinet card photograph of Libby prison in Richmond, VA. Mount has had left edge broken off (about ¼” missing) but the actual photo image is unaffected. Overall size is 6” x 4 ¼”. Image is clear with good contrast, showing the prison building with various people and soldiers standing around and looking out of windows.
