RELIC CONDITION CARTRIDGE BOX PLATE

$40.00 SOLD

Quantity Available: None

Item Code: R19832

This Pattern 1839 oval US cartridge box plate has seen better days. The edges of the plate are completely gone. The letters “US” are present and readable but cracks run vertically and horizontally through the plate. Only some glue and the wire from the hooks on the back hold the plate together.

An old typed tag with the item reads “CARTRIDGE BOX PLATE SPOTSYLVANIA, VA. BATTLEFIELD. FOUND IN SEPTEMBER 1974”
