This is a complete Civil War Spencer cartridge. The casing has darkened and has a light green patina but is in otherwise very nice condition. The bullet has the usual oxidation and is firmly seated in the casing. Overall it is a very nice example.
Carrtridge was recovered in Northern Virginia.
