This Enfield lockplate is formerly from the collection of well-known collector Mac Mason. The lock is rusted and is flaking some and needs another coat of clear lacquer. Painted in silver lettering on one side is “??? ENFIELD / PETERSBURG, VA. / SE-T. 19, 1966.”
