This dug bayonet is complete in length and still has the locking ring. The active rust has been removed and the bayonet coated with what looks to be black Rustoleum paint. The socket and knuckle are good but the blade has some chipping on both ends. There are no markings visible.

Item was recovered at Cold Harbor.
