Excellent, excavated condition case-shot has been cleaned and shows minimal surface pitting. Near-minty combination fuse adapter is intact, as are the case-shot within the shell; shell was deactivated through the tail. For a dug shell, it is one of the nicest we have ever seen, with the mintiest fuse we’ve ever seen. Recovered from James River at City Point, Virginia.
