This Confederate fuse adapter would have taken a paper time fuse. Brass has some surface dirt, as well as light oxidation resulting in an uneven greenish hue. Condition is overall very good; there is some slight damage to the top of the adapter, as well as to the threads on one side. Relic was recovered from Chancellorsville, Virginia, and has been labelled as such with black ink along the top of the adapter.
