Waterloo is a small village in Fauquier County straddling the Rappahannock River and Carter’s Run southwest of Warrenton, VA.
Nice example, dark olive patina on face. Both iron loops intact. Tape tag on lead back reads, “Waterloo VA June 9, 89” by relic hunter who found this plate.
