RELIC MODEL 1816 BAYONET -- CHANCELLORSVILLE

$95.00 SOLD

Quantity Available: None

Item Code: 343-29

Excavated M-1816 bayonet for a .69 caliber musket. Dug in the early 1970s in the Confederate lines facing the Union 12th Corps along Route 3 at Chancellorsville. You can still make out the stampings on the blade “US” and TA”. This is in rusty “dug” condition but is very stable as it has been coated and out of the ground so long. A very nice relic.
