This face of the box plate has a dark brown patina. Detail is very good. Edge of plate has small dings. Some surface dirt is present. Reverse has lead fill and four stubs where the hooks were broken off. There is a small hole drilled through each side where a previous owner had it displayed on a relic board.
Plate was recovered from Fredericksburg, Virginia.
