This brass Hotchkiss time fuse adapter would have taken a paper time fuse. The flanged head shows screwdriver slot. Adapter measures approximately 2” from the head to the base; the diameter of the head measures about 1 1/8”. This pattern adapter is threaded about ½” down the body. This adapter is in good condition, with some dirt in the threads and channel and a slight greenish hue of discoloration consistent with age. [JT]
