This shell was once part of the DuBose Collection at Atlanta, GA. This is a late was pattern shell with flame grooves cut into the entire length. Sans the Hotchkiss fuse. The lead sabot is still intact. The shell has the look of being found may years ago. There is very minor surface action and has never been cleaned.  [mk]
