This sheet brass CS clipped corner buckle was recovered from the greater Richmond area. Plate has a nice, rich dark patina. Reverse has original keeper and bar. Some surface dirt is present. Buckle has some slight bends. Plate features slots where numbers or letters may have been attached.  [SM]
