Recovered in greater Richmond, VA area. Excavated Civil War era non-commissioned officer’s belt buckle. Cast brass eagle buckle with traces of the applied German silver wreath. This has narrow ½ inch wide hook on back. The buckle is flat and in rough, relic condition. Dark brown patina overall.   [jet]
