This is a nice, complete Richmond style Confederate spur.  It is excavated, heavy cast brass and retains a good green patina.  Has squared-off neck with original iron rowel and iron strap buckle.  No bends or cracks.  A very nice dug Confederate spur. Recovered from Fredericks Hall. Location and digger’s name written on inside surface.  [jet]
