Item is iron with a hammer head on one end and a hook on the other. It meas. approx. 15.00 inches long. It is solid but well used with a hammer head that shows wear from pounding and a claw that also shows use. Metal surface is pitted throughout.
Item was used for opening packing crates and removing the tow that was packed between the shells.
