Excavated remains of a tree with a bullet fired into it.  Bullet is a .69 caliber round ball. Piece of wood has been sectioned to show the lead bullet. The path of the ball is also visible. Wood measures 5 ½” long x 2” wide x 1” thick.  Wood remains stable and is uncoated.
