A very nice cavalry carbine sling relic set.  Here is the brass buckle and “batman wing” tip from a cavalryman’s carbine sling.  Both pieces retain remnants of the leather belt.  In good excavated condition showing even green-brown patina.  Recovered together from an unknown location.  [jet]
