This is the type of artillery round fired from smoothbore Napoleon cannons. Recovered from Kennesaw Mountain.  Iron cannonball is in good condition with some pitting. Ball has been coated.

The Bormann fuse is present and has been punched near the 3 second mark.  [jet]
