Wool Artilleryman’s epaulettes with tassels for an enlisted man. Both are in excellent condition.
The bodies are covered in red cloth with a double row of twisted red wool outlining each clamshell. Each have a general service eagle button on one end. Suspended from each clamshell are red wool tassels.
The underside of each is lined with a red polished cotton that has faded slightly. One has the brass wire attachment hook under the eagle button while the other is missing.
Wool surface shows some discoloration from age and storage. [AD]
