Blue wool Infantry hat cord in good condition. The color is slightly worn and faded and there is some light surface dirt over the body of the item. Tassels all appear to be present. One small section of cord has blue thread tightly wound around it. The hat cord was meant for wear on the 1858 Dress or Hardee Hat.
