Bright bullion double-strand captain’s bars at both ends, with double stranded bullion bordering, with outer & inner jaceron trim, with black cloth outer border, and burlap stitched backing. In condition, the black felt exhibits slight wear and the bullion is lightly dulled in spots. Outer jaceron trim loose in one corner of one strap, & the black cloth bordering is somewhat frayed on the corners of both straps. Else VG & attractive. Good display piece.
