4.75 x 2”. Dark dead bullion eagle with sequins on yellow felt field, with bright & dead bullion stranded border. Inner jaceron trim missing. Outer black cloth border, stitched burlap backing. In condition, the yellow felt field is lightly darkened. One outer bright strand is lightly loose. Out cloth border slightly frayed on bottom left corner. Patent leather backing strip is chipped; burlap & stitching intact & solid. Otherwise, VG and attractive. Fine single Colonel of Cavalry strap display piece.
