A pair of blue felt straps, 3 x .5”, with false bullion gilt frames, & stapled black cloth backing. Felt fields very lightly worn but good and colorful. Frames exhibit medium coppery patina. Black blackings slightly chipped. Else VG & attractive. Solid pair of Indian War-era Lieutenant’s straps.
