Top bar has a stamped brass scrollwork design with a celluloid strip at center that reads “SECOND COMPANY GOV’S FOOT GUARD.” Ribbon is dark blue and is approx. 2.00 inches long with gold lettering that reads “3RD CO. NEW HAVEN,-CT-ST. LOUIS, OCT. 1904.” The drop is a nutmeg that has turned white.
