Top hangar is made of brass and is marked, “SONS AND DAUGHTERS OF LIBERTY” below an image of a Bible with two hands shaking above it. Original pin is present on reverse, and bar from which hangs a silk ribbon with American flag design. Suspended from hangar is a smaller medal engraved with, “135”. Attached at end of ribbon is a larger shield-shaped medal with an image of Lady Justice and the words, “FIDELITY, PATRIOTISM, INTEGRITY”. Reverse is maker marked 1907.  [SM]
